THE AQUARIAN EMPATH CREDO: 1) I have the right to remove myself from people, places and things that I find harmful or toxic to me, understanding that I can do this without assigning blame or harming others. 2) I understand that the Light I carry may be unconsciously triggering to the shadow material of others. It is not my job to "fix" or intervene in their process, especially if I am not asked to do so.
I drop all feelings of guilt about this, and am confident in my abilities to be detached, yet still loving and compassionate. 3) I understand it is not my job to suffer with or transmute the pain-body of the Collective into my own. In this supplemental and updated material to THE AQUARIAN EMPATH, you will find heavier yet very much needed topics addressed in regards to functioning as an empath or highly sensitive person (HSP) in 2015 and beyond.
As the energies of the times shift and flow, it is necessary that you keep in step, and tackle whatever work may need to be done in your own personal field, so that you may be able to make the greatest difference in this place and time.
