Résumé

Dr. Elena Voss has spent her career chasing the diseases other people run from. As lead toxicologist at Geneva's Meridian Global Health Institute, she trusts data, not instinct - until the "miracle" antiviral she helped bring to trial starts killing the very patients it was meant to save, and the deaths are being erased from the record before she can prove it. The only person willing to listen is Julian Kade, a compliance auditor with a passport full of countries he's never audited and a stare that makes her question everything except how badly she wants to trust him.
As Elena digs deeper, she uncovers a truth more dangerous than any pathogen: the Antidote Protocol was never meant to cure anyone. It was built to deliver something else entirely - and the world's health ministers are about to sign off on it in seventy-two hours. Hunted through Geneva's glass towers and the Alps' quarantined valleys, Elena and Julian must decide how much of themselves they're willing to burn to stop a weapon disguised as a cure - before the antidote becomes the outbreak.
