À propos des auteurs

In 2005, I received a call from a buddy, Paul, that started me on the road to writing the first of many books on fitness and health, my "side hustle" for the last twelve years.  At the same time, I was laying the plans for two websites and starting a new business at 28. I thought I was on my way to be a fitness-entrepreneur at the age of twenty-eight, with dreams of grandeur!  In 2011, I hit a brick wall.   I considered a career change and going into finance.  I was so burned out by the day-to-day fitness grind after sixteen years in the ffield.  I went as far as taking all the required financial and insurance licenses and was ready to sign my contract with a financial services company.  Shortly before I signed on for the long haul, I received a call out of the blue from a colleague in the healthcare field who told me a position was being created at a New Jersey-based healthcare system.  They thought I'd be a good fit.  The rest is history and for the last six years, I've blended my fitness background with healthcare and learned more about myself than ever thought possible by moving out of my comfort zone and taking on a third new career path.  Writing this self-published "how to" book has been cathartic.  I first self-published with Lulu.com and Amazon in 2007.  The books didn't sell much because I didn't understand the importance of building an email list and community of readers, which was a major mistake.
The creative process has allowed me to reflect on my experiences since 2005 as an author, educator and recovering entrepreneur.  Writing has always offered a creative escape in the middle of a quiet night with, no other distractions; only me and an idea. These experiences have made me a better husband, father, son and writer. Check out Will's ContentHatherleighcommunity.com/exercises-for-perfect-posture/http://time.com/5226701/how-to-improve-posture/https://indyboomer.com/episode-113/https://www.health.com/mind-body/how-posture-affects-moodJerseygrind.com Experience social media expert with a passion for cooking and digital marketing and media.
