Résumé
Story is set in genre of science fiction. Twoi crack space-ship astronauts are directed by the governmental space agency to perform some relatively menial task at the pole of the moon. There is already reason to suspect that this is not the real reason for the trip, but first they must get some sleep. In their sleep, they have a dream - they each have the same dream, as the reader discovers as the story unfolds in Book 2.
Actually, the astronauts never go anywhere - the whole story takes place in their dream. But this does not detract from the excitement of launch, renaway nuclear rocket and crash landing on an unknown planet deep inside M42. They meet two Seraphs who take them on a time wakk through the vital history of the eartr, where they gradually come to understand (as does the reader also) the deeper meaning of true Christianity.
