Sweet Poison

For fourteen years, nobody suspected a thing. In the lush hills of Kozhikode, Kerala, Jolly Joseph was everything a small village could want - a devoted wife, a caring daughter-in-law, a pillar of her church community. She cooked for the sick. She prayed with the grieving. She was the first to arrive and the last to leave. She was also a killer. Between 2002 and 2016, six members of her own family died - one by one, quietly, in ways that looked natural.
