Asa and Diego are taken in by the Council, whose stated duty is to manage the magic of the Citadel and protect its residents.
While Councilor Vidar tries to arbitrate between the two hostile clans, Irene proceeds to interrogate Asa and Diego. As for Asa, she doesn't find the answers she expected from Irene, but she gains a new lead, in the form of the mysterious Baba Vanga...
