When an old acquaintance shows up begging Max and Carter to help him track down his boyfriend, who went missing in the same area, it seems like the perfect opportunity to also look into the PI's death.
But as they poke around, it becomes clear nothing is as it seems, and they may be putting everyone they know in danger if they don't let this go.
