Freddy and Chloe will try anything once, especially if it's about getting it on. They decide to improve their physical health and psychic energies by learning how to teach yoga classes. The train the trainer class takes place in a luxury resort on the Pacific Ocean in Nicaragua, which is part of the motivation. When Freddy sees the teacher stretching and contorting her legs in skimpy yoga clothes on videos on her website, that provides even more incentive.
During the four-week course, Chloe is attracted to Geeta, an Indian woman who lives in London. Freddy remains fixated on Mary their instructor. Finally, Freddy and Chloe receive their teaching certification, and teach their own physical education private classes to Geeta and Mary.
