Melanie Schuster started reading when she was four and believes that's why she's a writer today. She believes in love and romance with all her heart. She finds fulfillment in writing stories about compelling couples who find true, lasting love in the face of all the obstacles out there. She hopes all of her readers find their true love. If they've already been lucky enough to find love, she hopes that they never forget what it felt like to fall in love.
Born and raised just outside of Toronto, Ontario, Amy fled the big city to settle down with the country boy of her dreams.
After the birth of her second child, Amy was lucky enough to realize her life long dream of becoming a romance author. When she's not furiously typing away at her computer, she's a mom to three wonderful children who use her as a personal taxi and chef. Like any good Southern belle, Kianna Alexander wears many hats: doting mama, advice-dispensing sister, and gabbing girlfriend. She's a voracious reader, an amateur seamstress and occasional painter in oils.
Life in her world has never been boring, and has come with many twists and turns, but she's taking it all in stride. She's proud to tell stories where Black women are loved, valued, and thriving. A native of the TarHeel state, Kianna still lives there with her girlfriend, two kids, and a collection of well-loved vintage 80's Barbie dolls.
