A beam or ray came out of the sky to the north at about a 30° angle from the horizon. It was like being struck by a warm light. Only this was daylight and no beam was visible, if there truly was one. #3 I experienced the same phenomenon nine times over six weeks. It began just after I had lain down for rest or sleep, and I was unable to move. I was terrified, but I stayed with it and observed what happened. #4 I experienced a sensation that was similar to vibrations, but it never developed into anything concrete.
One night, I was lying in bed just before sleep when my arm was draped over the right side of the bed, fingers just brushing the rug. I idly tried to move my fingers, and found that I could scratch the rug.
