We must admit this when we realize that logical processes ultimately rest on classification, which is by identification. And identification is intuitive.
Without the transcendental truth of mythology and metaphysics, it is impossible to refine our experience. #4 The man of self-control is the one who can consistently perform the act of abstraction. He is trained to see things under the aspect of eternity because form is the enduring part. The man of culture has a deep respect for forms, and he approaches even those he does not understand with awareness that a deep thought lies behind them.
