It rejects all philosophical, religious and metaphysical claims to understand reality since the truth it portends cannot be validated by the Scientific Method. #4 The philosophy of Darwinism grew out of Charles Darwin's book The Origin of Species, which proposed that all life naturally evolved over long periods of time from the most simple creature to the most complex.
It specifically rejected the Biblical account of creation and in general all thoughts of intelligent design.
