It depends on how we use it. We can choose to respond to a situation, or we can choose to be victims. By taking responsibility, we have the power to change. #3 You are in control of your mind. You can stop thinking those old thoughts. When your old thinking tries to come back and say It's so hard to change, take mental command and say to your mind, I now choose to believe it is becoming easy for me to make changes. #4 We all have different opinions.
You have a right to yours and I have a right to mine. No matter what goes on in the world, the only thing you can work on is what is right for you. You have to get in touch with your inner guidance because it is the wisdom that knows the answers for you.
