It is a skill that children develop as they grow up, and adults should develop as well. #4 Focus is a skill that can be improved by setting goals, rewards, and incremental steps. It can be improved by listening to music, breaking down big projects into small, easy steps, and reminding yourself how great it will feel to complete something.
