Martial arts enthusiast (especially internal martial arts such as Tai Chi and Xing Yi) and entrepreneur/business leader. I have been practicing martial arts the majority of my adult life - firstly with Muay Thai boxing and then moving onto the Chinese internal arts of Tai Chi and Xing Yi.
