The bible says that as many as believe in Christ Jesus as their Lord and Savior, are given the power to be called sons of God, not born of blood relations or flesh relations, but through the new birth by the Spirit of God.
And these are children and heirs of Abraham, who is the father of faith. There are promises and blessings God put on Abraham that flows to his generation and that includes you, if you believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and has surrendered your life unto Him as both Lord and Savior of your life by having faith in Him and all that He has done for you on the cross of Calvary 2000 years ago.
