There are several variables that might send our healthy behaviors off course or entirely off the radar. When we lose even a tiny amount of weight, we get several health advantages. Diabetes and heart disease are less likely to strike us. We are less prone to suffer from sleep apnea. Our blood pressure decreases, and we feel better about ourselves. When we exercise, we create more feel-good chemicals and have more energy.
