Résumé

'Spiritually Green' includes a selection of articles and interviews from 'GreenSpirit Magazine', spanning a period of twelve years. This book presents a diversity of green wisdom and Earth-centred practices, such as the importance of stories, eco-therapeutic work in green relationships, herbal medicine, rewilding, problems of consumerism, and much more. All chapters are by people who know their subject well and have been included because of the quality of the content.
When the magazine started, people with a passion for green spirituality were in a minority. With the current rise of environmental destruction, the threatened collapse of essential ecosystems and biodiversity, climate change and the extinction of many wondrous species, now, more than ever, people are becoming involved in a variety of essential Earth-centred traditions and practices. This book encouragingly presents some of the green pathways that people are treading and finding beneficial today, which can be seen as a continuation of numerous 'spiritually green' traditions that profoundly interconnect with Nature and all life.
The editors are all members of GreenSpirit's publications committee and have helped to produce the magazine and other GreenSpirit publications for many years.
