Résumé

When Allaah created us in the womb of our mothers, as Allaah mentioned in the Quraan: Allaah brought you out of the womb of your mothers. Each and every one of us, when we came out of this womb of our mothers, we were one of two types: We were either (may Allaah make us from them) from the righteous people (I ask Allaah generosity and kindness that Allaah makes us from those people), or from the second group of people, which we seek refuge in Allaah from, and we beg him from the bottom of our hearts that He protects us from it, and that is the path of the criminals and the wrongdoers. In the womb of our mother's, the angel was commanded by Allaah to write a few things about the child - his provision, his lifespan (for how long is this person going to live for), his action (is he going to be from the criminals or is he going to be from the righteous people). So, we need to flee to Allaah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala) to become of the righteous people.
This book describes some of the actions that we can do to flee to Allaah. This book is largely based on Classical works such as  Mukhtasar Minhaj Al-Qasidin (Ibn Qudaamah Al-Maqdisi), Ibn al Qayyim al Jawzia, Hasan al Basri, Ibn Katheer, and others (Allaah have mercy on all of them).
