Sins Of The Flesh

Two tigers are stolen from the gates to Heaven to come down to Earth to be used to kill those thought not to be pure of sins. The tigers roam a district in a flooded area. People were killed. Drugs, and porn trading are exposed. There are explosions to be rid of the evidence. Fire burns across the flooded river. A cousin of the thief, who stole the tigers, come down to return them to their home. She does good work among those tourist stranded.
The cousins have a fight to try to be the most powerful. Good against evil.
