Life is a journey that leaves scars on our hearts until we take our last breath. This saying rings true for both Kat and Fred as they attempt to pick up the pieces of their lives after Juanita's murder by the Sinville Police Department. Unfortunately for them and the rest of the town capitalism waits for no one, especially when the greedy and, power hungry Mayor James seeks to put his multi billion dollar jail plan in motion.
