W R Fisher is an ex police officer from Cincinnati Ohio. He has served in all aspects of police work, from the road patrol to the detective bureau. He was also a member of the SWAT team. He is a martial artist in the almost unknown ancient form of Chung Linn and he is a biker who only rides Harley Davidsons. He rode with the Blue Knights out of Dayton Ohio and was president of the Choirboys MC in Hamilton Ohio .
