In a near future, after a great natural disaster, mankind is collapsed as the next generation continues to grow as a society, leaving fragments of barren lands. The government persists to use the rule of law, and technology continues to move forward. An evil mastermind and his group of spies takes advantage of the present setting in his desire to rule what is still known as the United States of America.
There are a few who are aware of this threat, and due to lack of team members begin a training program to reclute young men to become junior spies. With the help of Virtual Reality, the new recrutes are trained in a particular way, a small force that may opose this powerful figure who is bent on ruling the world.
