The Carathian Empire was in turmoil-by design. Amidst the fallout of terrorist attacks and the consequential Imperial State of Emergency, Preceptor Nico Bribane and Preceptor Zachary Hawkins arrived on Carath to investigate the deaths of over thirty fellow Na'dari, an ecumenical order of monk warriors.
