Bettina Ratering, born in 1965, married with Martin and mother of three children. Together with her husband she started the Teen Challenge Emsland e. V. "Projekthof Hasselbrock" in Northern Germany close to the Netherland border 1991. SInce 2016 she is leading Teen Challenge in Germany.
