Résumé

Serayah's Imagination is a book based on an African American eight-year-old little girl who is being raised by her grandmother. Her friends of whom some are of different cultures will be exploring life with her as Anna is Hispanic, Chris is Caucasian, and Kiara is African American as well. Serayah's Imagination is the first of a series that contains five books that teach children about the beauty of being kind and helpful all while learning life lessons at the same time.
Serayah's Imagination is more than just a book for the youth but also a fun way for parents to connect with their children. The series will touch on values, morals, and respect as well as a reverence for life no matter what race, color, creed, or origin. Books should not only entertain the reader but rather speak to who we are and ignite what is within us or sometimes show us what can be improved.
The first series will showcase not only challenges and fun activities but also can be used as a building block for educational purposes. This book along with the others to come will not only address and conquer self-esteem issues but also tackle mental health and wellness which allows children to flourish as individuals.
