The heroine makes the difficult decision to grow marijuana to save her family farm after her husband dies from cancer. This book contains graphic scenes of sexual acts.
There are also scenes of verbal abuse and of domestic violence between two supporting characters. If you find any of this objectionable or triggering, stay clear. However, with all this said, the book is healing and hopeful and depicts a positive, loving relationship between the heroine and her boyfriend, an FBI agent.
