From a stolen bar in Spain to rebuilding my queer life - my real story in "SCANDALIST" Post: For the last 15 months I've been living day-to-day in hostels in Spain, rebuilding my life from zero. I created a bar in Spain from scratch - and my wife, with help from her accomplices, took it from me. In Poland she stole my companies, properties and everything else I owned. She outed me and destroyed the life I thought I had.
I arrived back in Spain on crutches, with no plan and no safety net - only the need to finally live honestly as a queer person. During this time I wrote everything down. SCANDALIST is not fiction - it's a memoir based entirely on my real experiences from September 2024 until now: hostel life, disability, migration, fear, humiliation, unexpected tenderness and the moment I found love with a trans woman in Torremolinos.
This book is my attempt to turn chaos and loss into something that can speak to other queer people, migrants, disabled folks and anyone who has ever had to start again from nothing. It's raw, direct, sometimes uncomfortable - but it's true.
