A brave samurai woman, a one-armed Empress, and a dying clan searching for a breakthrough. War is near, and empress Megumi and samurai Akari cannot trust anyone else to save their clan. While out on a mission, Akari is shocked to discover technology she's never seen before in the hands of their enemies. How can they fight against guns and cannons with only swords?
