Salem has always remembered its dead. It just needed the right blood to speak again. Hawthorne Hill is a Reiki practitioner born and raised in Salem, Massachusetts, where witch trials are history, tourism is industry, and ghosts are best left undisturbed. When a mysterious pendant tied to the 1692 trials finds its way into her possession, Hawthorne begins experiencing violent visions-of long-dead witches, grieving families, and crimes that were never meant to be uncovered.
