Embassy in Afghanistan - one of the most complex and high-threat environments in the world.

He is certified through the nation's leading programs, including ALERRT, ASIS International, and ALICE, and has trained thousands of individuals, volunteers, and organizations in proven, life-saving response strategies. Wayne's background extends into advanced threat management and intelligence.
He is an Insider Threat Program Manager (ITPM) through Carnegie Mellon University, High Threat Protection Certified through the U. S. Department of State, and served as Hostage Negotiator, Certified through the FBI. His experience equips him to help organizations identify vulnerabilities, strengthen decision-making under pressure, and build resilient safety cultures. His emergency management credentials include formal certifications through FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security, complementing his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.
