The medicine wheel, for instance, reminds us of the interconnected cycles of life-birth, growth, death, and renewal-while teachings about the four directions guide us in finding balance and purpose.
These traditions resonate deeply because they remind us of what we've forgotten in the rush of modern life. They teach us to slow down, to observe, and to listen-to ourselves, to others, and to the earth. It is this wisdom that inspires the practices and reflections I share in this book.
