Rosalind and the Roving Tongue

Rosalind wakes up in the morning. Suddenly her tongue uncurls from her open mouth. She watches surprised, as her tongue turns black and wiggles and jiggles around. The Roving Tongue creepycrawls out of Rosalind's window. Along the serpentine streets of the maritime city. Down and down right into market square. On its way the Roving Tongue gobbles up people, ice cream, animals and a visiting witch doctor.
Satiated, the wayward Tongue retracts its snakey volume and returns to Rosalind's playroom. Now all the swallowed toys have become stuck in her swollen belly. Can somebody please cure Rosalind?
