Subrata was born and brought up in Kolkata(India). And started his carrier in Singapore in the year 1995, as a software professional he traveled to many countries. After 6 years of service abroad, suddenly he came to know that his father got lung cancer, leaving his job he returned to India to support his father and family, including one younger brother and mother. On his death bed, his father asked him for a favor.
He asked, "Son I have spent almost all my income to make you a software expert, and this education is quite expensive, can you train people with your expertise who can't afford this higher education cost." And These were his last words to his son. By touching his father's feet he promised to open an institute for those who can't afford higher academic expenses. And the first free training institute in the software training sector BICS (Bengal Institute of Computer Science) was formed.
And the charges were only Rs.30( INR) per month. At the age of 47yrs. He achieved a 3rd-degree black belt in karate and trained many persons to learn self-defense. His eldest student was a retired bank officer who owned a Black belt at the age of 67yrs. In the path of giving personal coaching to the multifarious pupil, he understood that many of them have some sort of hidden talent that is not expressed or nourished properly, apart from teaching software and martial art, he started to encourage and motivate his pupil to unfold their particular talents.
Therefore someday a deep thought came into his mind, why not write a book for those who have a tremendous talent unexplored, or got stuck in the journey of their life. He knows the pain of living with hidden talents, which are not explored or nourished properly, and losing their precious time. Hence this is the reason for crafting this book.
