Résumé

Based on the detailed allegations of former Google engineer Reinaldo J. Aguiar Marcano, "Project Diosdado XI" chronicles a vast, state-sponsored corporate espionage conspiracy allegedly orchestrated by Venezuelan official Diosdado Cabello. The central claim is the theft of Google's highly-secret NAVBOOST search algorithm by a network involving members of the "PayPal Mafia" and complicit Google employees.
This stolen technology was purportedly weaponized to allow Amazon and eBay to manipulate e-commerce search results, securing a lucrative duopoly. Aguiar asserts that his own counter-measure software, the "KOL-Vaccine, " made him a direct target of the network. He details a campaign against him that included sophisticated surveillance, the theft of his technology, and the weaponization of the legal and healthcare systems in an attempt to kidnap his son and cause him physical harm.
In retaliation, Aguiar claims to have captured the network's secret "Geo Index" of assets and developed the "SpyHELL" intelligence pipeline to expose the global operation. The document presents his findings as actionable intelligence for law enforcement.
Reinaldo Aguiar is a researcher and former Google Search engineer, named as the sole inventor on two U. S. patents awarded to Google for his work on social network analysis and data optimization. His career at the intersection of high finance and technology includes roles as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and as a key engineer at Twitter, where one of his code changes increased annual revenue by $48 million. After becoming the target of a sophisticated global surveillance and harassment campaign, he transformed himself from a software engineer into a counter-intelligence operator.
Using his deep knowledge of data systems, he fought back in a stunning act of asymmetric warfare: he captured and decoded the secret global database of the network hunting him, exposing their methods of control. Project Diosdado XI is the chronicle of that battle. Today, Aguiar dedicates his time to developing counter-intelligence software and is a vocal advocate for prioritizing software engineering as a matter of national defense, warning that the war for freedom in the 21st century will be fought with code.
