Power

Power comes with a priceDesiree Jones is no longer the high jumping, gravity defying, phenomenon that she was at the height of her World Champion figure skating career.  She has left the ice competitively, but she stays connected through the organization she founded to expose under privileged children to ice skating and other sports where lack of wealth limits opportunities.  Everything is going well, until it's not.  Betrayal blindsides Desiree, and the program needs an influx of funds in order to survive.
Troy Michaelson is considered a titan of industry.  He has vast reach and resources.   He's also a Grade A butthole.  Once he decides he wants it, there is nothing he can't have.  Very few refuse to bend to his will.  That is until he meets Desiree Jones.  At their first meeting, she is less than impressed.  But the next time, he has something she needs.  He's more than happy to provide it, with certain conditions.
Will Troy provide what Desiree requires to save her organization?  Will Desiree consider the sacrifice too great to secure Troy's support?  Can the two navigate an agreement, or will they continue to struggle for Power?
