Résumé

Little Nicky has a Christmas wish and it's up to Junie and Logan to grant it. Logan did his best to forget about the girl who ditched him before he left for college on a hockey scholar. He did his best to deny she was the love of his life because that possibility hurt like hell. Now he's playing for the team he'd always dreamed of since he was a kid, the NHL's Boston Brawlers. But there's still a hole in his heart.
Junie never felt good enough to be the high school hockey star's girl, especially when she caught him kissing her best friend. Or she could have been kissing him. But did it matter? He was the hottest guy in town and he'd be the hottest guy in college and then the NHL eventually. It was inevitable that he'd find someone better than her, so she ran away. And had his baby. Then married another man. Six years later and Junie's a widow, coming home finally, starting over.
And so is Logan... If you can't resist a second chance romance, with a holiday wish piled on top and an adorable little girl to seal the deal of irresistible heart-tugging romance and the ultimate feel good ending, then you'll fall head-over-heels for this story about Logan, Junie and Nicky.
Stephanie Queen has always been a writer. Ever since second grade when the Nuns of Sacred Heart School got her hooked by offering fame-though not fortune-and she won first prize in their story contest. That was her first publishing gig. After that Stephanie put writing mostly on the back burner while she built up a catalogue of life experiences. She went to UConn, got married, had two sons who could star as heroes in any lucky girl's romance story, got a Masters degree at Harvard University, worked a few jobs-Math teacher, Keebler Elf and desk jockey at various cubicle farms doing bureaucratic things.
Then she finally put writing stories back on the front burner. Since then, Stephanie has published more than forty novels and novellas. She teaches novel writing classes and also speaks at libraries, conferences and workshops on writing and publishing. "One of my all-time favorite things in the world is to hear from readers who enjoy my books. I love to write back, too. If you email me, I will reply!"
