Résumé
FOB Ghost was never on any official map. Buried near the Iran-Iraq border, this forgotten U. S. military outpost was built to monitor signals-until the signals started talking back. When a new team arrives to investigate the disappearance of a Special Forces unit, what they uncover isn't enemy movement or insurgent plots. It's something older. Smarter. And it remembers them. Staff Sergeant Sherri Cooper begins to suffer from vivid dreams and strange hallucinations-until she realizes they're not hers alone.
As her team fractures under paranoia and fear, they discover the truth behind Phantom Veil, a black ops initiative buried in redacted files and lost lives. This is not just a mission. It's a test. Of identity. Of memory. Of faith. And whatever is inside the wire doesn't want to kill them. It wants to replace them.
