Persuasion

Josie Davies is put in a difficult position when she has to go about convincing Tobias Dekker to attend an anniversary party for the recording label he was previously contracted to. Josie would normally avoid Tobias at all costs - the two of them are not exactly friends - but her boss at the label has given her an offer that is impossible to refuse: convince Tobias to go to the party or lose her tenuous hope of becoming a recording artist in her own right.
Tobias is intrigued when Josie appears at his door; he knows she has been avoiding him ever since their business relationship dissolved viciously, along with his band. He decides to take advantage of the situation and the leverage that he's been provided by the difficult situation that Josie is in.
