Résumé
Greenland is built on the sea. For centuries, the fisherman and the hunter have been the ones who brought food home and ensured survival. It is a profession filled with pride, harsh nature, and an unsurpassed knowledge of the raw materials. But the world is changing, and so is the market.
This book, Pajugut Nutaaq, is written for you - the one who is no longer content with being just the first link in a long chain where others walk away with the lion's share of the profit.
It is for you who want to take control of your own catch, all the way from the harvest to the customer's kitchen table. Moving from being a traditional hunter to thinking like a "CEO-Fisherman" is not about giving up the dinghy or life on the water. It is about using modern tools like vacuum packing, online sales, and resource optimization to create a sustainable and modern business.
