Paint Me!

After leaving high school, Scott exceeded everyone's expectations, exceeded them so well that he bought the old school building when it went up for sale. The night after the purchase, Scott wandered through the crumbling building savoring the joy of past romantic encounters but mourning the fact that he'd never gotten up the nerve to ask Lainey out. Except, except- Scott bumps into Lainey at a coffee shop the next morning.
He tells her about buying the school. She chides him for never having asked her on a date and he finally gets up the nerve to invite her out, even if it's just to come see the old school. The building is decrepit and dusty, and their date uneventful-until they come to the Art room. Then Scott and Lainey discover that they have a shared passion for fingerpainting. Even if they can't find any paper on which to paint.
