Outback Arrival

A city nurse follows the doctor she loves to an Australian outback town, determined to disprove the untruths told by those wanting to destroy their relationship, and to prove that she is both capable and trustworthy. An ambulance accident forced Alex to temporarily retire from surgery and recuperate in his hometown, where he rediscovers his love of country hospitals and his family's cattle property.
When they realize that Kristie is pregnant, Alex struggles to ignore what he's been told and accept that he could be the father. But in order to gain his greatest wish, a wife and family, Alex must chose between Kristie, a dedicated nurse and his passionate lover, and his closest family. Because if Kristie leaves the outback, she will take his heart with her.
