Résumé
February 1940. A secret German-backed expedition arrives in Argentina, aiming to establish a foothold in South America. The British government, desperate to thwart this shadowy Axis operation without igniting an international crisis, dispatches a small expedition, aided by local intelligence operatives: Operation Citrus. Lieutenant-Colonel Robert Laycock, a seasoned British officer, leads a small but highly skilled force across the treacherous waters of the South Atlantic.
Their objective-sabotage the enemy's growing supply lines before an invasion of Uruguay becomes reality. Under the cover of darkness, with the fate of an entire region hanging in the balance, Laycock and his men must rely on deception, courage, and sheer audacity to strike a decisive blow. But in the murky world of wartime espionage, nothing is as it seems. The Germans and their Argentine allies have their own plans.
With time running out and the weight of history pressing down upon them, Laycock and his team must pull off the impossible-or risk plunging South America into the grip of Axis control.
