Résumé

Who should read this book? This book is for everyone and especially for those who work with others such as managers and leaders. Young people in the workplace can read this book too, as stepping through these doors will help them work better with others. This book may also resonate with seasoned professionals as it will echo their experience and questions. Who am I and what brought me write this book? I have 20 years of experience in coaching individuals and groups.
Over that time, I have recorded the incredible discoveries my coachees have made in the course of our journey together. Each door of the 7 presented here represents one of their key answers. As a "doorkeeper", I encourage my coachees to try new paths to expand their range of possibilities. Why should you read this book? The purpose of my work and writing is to give a meaning to work, to what each person achieves, and to contribute to better "co-operation".
This book suggests ways to help us feel better and more efficient in our work with others, to accept ourselves as we are without giving up the ambition to do better. It aims to strengthen collective entities more than collective work as human beings needs to have a sense of belonging.
Anne-Claire is an international coach based in Paris and has been developing collective intelligence for the last 20 years. As former Board of Directors member (EMAP PLC), she is particularly interested in fostering cooperation within the Executive team, whatever the organisation (public, private, associations...)Based internationally for over 10 years, Anne-Claire specializes in accompanying cultural change and mindset by leveraging differences and inventing new ways to address the future.
7 years in China gave her insight into cultural stakes and a specific knowledge of how to deal with uncertainty while still fostering innovation within organizations. In her professional practice, going beyond words, Anne-Claire innovates and develops energy by working with movement, drawing, improvisational and socioclinical theater methods.
