On meeting her Doctor Claire finds herself very much surprised. Firstly by the fact that she has a new Doctor to start off with, who is no other than her past high school friend Jonathan Clifford who has grown into his looks to become one of the most sexist males she has ever laid her eyes upon. And secondly, that Doctor Jonathan Clifford has what can be only described as an extremely direct way of helping with her problem, which will all but see Claire begging for more of his special treatment as he draws out the lust and desire from within her.
