Omen Bears

As Lisa Turvan lies in a hospital room preparing to give birth to her first child, the biggest pain in her life has less to do with being in labor and more to do with a visit from her overbearing mother-in-law Joy who seems to be on a one-woman mission to convince Lisa to eat an "Omen Bear, " a strange gummy candy that Joy swears will reveal visions of the child's future. Skeptical but humoring her, Lisa finally tries one.
What follows is a series of vivid, unsettling visions-frightening symbolic glimpses of her child's dark future with seemingly no real context. The haunting images leave Lisa with more questions than answers amidst a growing sense of dread. Desperate to decipher what she's seen, Lisa dives further into the visions in the hopes of preventing a looming catastrophe that may lie ahead. But what can one person truly do to change a fate they don't understand or believe in?
