Oh, To Heal-up!

Here is a book to help people that were abused as a child, including child sexual abuse, to begin to heal-up.  From there, to continue to heal, to carry on to heal from there, feeling healthy and well.  Then, eventually, to heal and be whole.  We learn to be patient with yourself.  This takes time.  It is important to remember to be patient with yourself.  We can be active in learning each day on how to heal-up.  This book helps in working activities towards healing-up, with a "I'm going to do this today for myself.",  mindset and attitude.  We also remember to be kind to other people in your life.  Other people in your life help in healing.  We realize that life is art; life is a large artwork canvas that covers your experiences, days, months, years, and decades.  Being patient makes your glorious artwork.  This is a book to help you know that you are truly loved.  There are people in the world that truly love you.  God Almighty also loves your sincerely (quite a bit also).  ".God is love." (1 John 4:8).  There are people that love you, want to help you, and want to see you achieve positive healthy goals.  Those people that love you want to see you succeed, want to be part of your healthy life, and want to see you be truly well and happy.
