Occupied Silence

When a construction crew breaks through a concrete slab beneath a South Philadelphia demolition site, they expect rubble. Instead they find a sealed Cold War bunker, untouched for decades, with the dust wiped clean off the door handle. A city archivist and a structural engineer are called in to catalogue the find before the developers pour a new foundation over it. What they uncover isn't history.
