In 1972, in a situation of countless splits in the so-called "Marxist-Leninist movement", the unification of the KAB(ML) and KPDML(RW) to form the KABD (Communist Workers' League of Germany) was a forward-looking signal! The task was to create the conditions on all sides for the foundation of a Marxist-Leninist party. It was the task of RW 10 to clarify the basic questions of party building with this aim and to determine the fundamental sides of party building.
