In this ebook, I will present you with my vision for NUMMES, an organization intending to provide a global system for healthcare education, all the way from the most basic healthcare staff to being a qualified GP or Emergency Doctor. NUMMES stands for Nonprofit, Universal, Modular, Medical Education System. The idea is to develop this system with volunteers from the medical world, and set it up as an independent, parallel system.
Not to replace our current education, but to work side by side with the existing systems. This will be a modular system, with thirty levels, with online training, skill training in facilities, and requirements for work experience, plus exams for skills and theory, with certifications, allowing you to rise through the ranks at your own pace and by your own merits. Implementing this system will allow people who want to get involved in health-care to do so without building up any student debt, in a transparent education system, by the people, for the people.
NUMMES will be a system independent of governments and the pharmaceutical industry. At this moment, there is no NUMMES organization. All that I have now, and am presenting to you, is a blueprint of my vision for NUMMES. Every journey starts with the first step, and presenting my vision to the world in this ebook is the first logical step for setting up NUMMES. I hope that this will be the start of an organization which will have a big, positive impact on health-care worldwide.
The potential is there, I believe. I encourage you to read this ebook with an open heart and an open mind, and if you want to get involved after you read it, then please do so.
